Paula is a phenomenal person, first off. We're military with short-notice orders to move to the area, and it was clear that she knows what she's doing in these circumstances. She was able to schedule multiple showings around our work schedules and the time zone difference, made sure to walk through the house on video with us, did short tours of the neighborhood so that we could get a feel for the street we'd be living on, and was more than patient with all of our wants and needs in a new home.
